NDC welcomes you to the first, unlimited use, nationwide, on-line flood service. Just type in the address of your desired property, and within seconds you can have the FEMA flood information you need for your appraisal assignments. The NDC flood service requires only a one-time fee for unlimited usage (no per minute or per search charge).

How to Join

Click on the register button and then fill out and submit the registration form. You will be presented with a licence agreement. Print out and mail this signed agreement to NDC together with your payment. Once received, NDC will activate your account. You will be notified either by email or telephone.
